Robert Harwood was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and raised in Montreal, Quebec. He later moved to Waterloo, Ontario, where he pursued higher education and raised a family. Robert recently (01/2016) moved to Victoria, BC after living for five years in the remote village of Val Marie, Saskatchewan — “gateway to Grasslands National Park.” His interests include writing, music, and photography —passions he shares with his wife, book designer and typographer Pamela Woodland. Robert’s photo notebook, ON WING, BRANCH, AND POST, showcases his photographs of birds of southwest Saskatchewan, and can be viewed and purchased online at Blurb. |
